Mr. Raymond Simkins (Ray), a British is a mechanical engineer by training and has qualifications from “Buckingham Technical College,” BSC. Mechanical Engineer and from “Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT)” MSC. Automotive Engineering. He has joined Getz since 1966 and currently is the President of “The Getz Group”. He played significant & an instrumental role in developing and expanding the Groups Sales and Profits over the decades. He has been on board of directors for many companies as Director & President. Under his leadership within the Getz Group there has been great acknowledgements within the Asia/Pacific region. He is married, has 2 Sons, 5 grandchildren and are 11 members in “The Simkins Family”. He currently lives in England UK. He is enthusiastic and passionate about work and business.
Kamran Nishat is a fellow member of ICAP and a chartered accountant by profession. He holds more than 35 years of professional experience and is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Private) Limited. He also holds the office of CEO at associated companies of Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Private) Limited which are as follows:

He has been the Member of Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee (South) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Information Technology Committee (South) of the ICAP, Management Association of Pakistan and member of Executive committee of American Business Counsel (ABC). Syed Atik Ali has been associated with M&P Express Logistics since May 2017. He first joined the company as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and eventually rose to fill in the seat of the COO (Chief Operating Officer) in October, 2020 and currently leading the end to end business of M&P Express Logistics.
Prior to persuading his career in the field of finance and accounts, he secured the FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) certification and was successful in becoming a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountant. He is also Certified Director from Institute of Corporate Governance as well.
His previous corporate exposures include him being the CFO of multiple multinational and national corporations some of which are Inbox Business Technologies, Pizza Hut (MCR), TCS and IBL. Mr. Atik has more than 23 years in the corporate sector, out of which 9 years is in the logistics sector of Pakistan.
Imran Afzal Khan joined M&P Express Logistics earlier in April, 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Khan is a member of the ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan) as FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) since 2005. He was also able to secure the Six Sigma – Green Belt Certification (Durham – Northeastern England). Mr. Khan has over 22 years of experience in the field of finance, accounts, audit, tax and advisory, including the 4 years article ship at one of the Big 4 auditing firms – PwC (Price Waterhouse Coopers).
His corporate exposure encompasses both within Pakistan and multinationals abroad; leading him to have a diversified portfolio of holding different management offices and at different cadre levels. Some of the renowned companies for which Mr. Khan has previously been associated with include KPMG, Coats Public Limited Company, United Kingdom as CFO, Daraz.pk under the capacity of CFO & Senior Vice President, Middle East Telecommunications Company – a joint venture of Kuwait, UAE and Oman, at C Level (as CFO) and as CFO in the United National Oilfield Services, headquartered in Muscat, Oman.
Muhamad Sohail has a proven track record of 25 years in the corporate sector, in diverse industries pertaining fast-paced environment. Areas in which his expertise lies are: COD operations, courier operations, fleet operations, logistics, bulk distribution, procurement and general administration. Previously he has also been associated with TCS and have headed different domains there.
Sohail has not limited himself to just one academic field, as he has multiple degrees under his belt, namely: Master in Public Administration from University of Karachi, Master in Education and LLB from University of Karachi, Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from (PIMS Pakistan Institute of Management) and post graduate diploma in Labor Administration and Industrial Welfare from NILAT (National Institute of Labor Administration and Training). Mr. Sohail is holding the office of Director Excellence and Compliance with addition role of Heading Fleet, Administration and Procurement.
Zahid A. Khan is the General Manager of Sales and Operations – in South at M&P Express Logistics. He has brought along with him his experience of 35 years, mainly in E-commerce, Tele-sales and Operations.
Zahid played a vital role in the introduction of the banking segment into the courier industry and pioneered bulk and printing business and its operations in the courier industry. Prior to him joining us, he has been associated with TCS in the capacity of National Manager Sales.
Khalid Hussain has been associated with M&P Express Logistics since May 2016. He is a Punjab University graduate and possess sound experience of Sales and Operations within logistic industry spanning over 24 years. He has been a part of different National and Multi-National teams both within Pakistan and Middle East.
Prior to joining M&P, Mr. Hussain has held senior positions at DHL Express Pakistan, DHL Express Kuwait and TNT. His sound experience and dedication has helped him win Top Salesperson of the Country Award thrice and multiple recognition in the roles he served.
Yousaf Rashid is the General Manager Sales and Operations – North at M&P Express Logistics. He holds an M.Sc. (Master of Science) degree in Applied Mathematics and is a seasoned veteran when it comes to the logistics sector of Pakistan, having 27 years of experience in total.
Furthermore, he has also acquired the much-accredited Certified Supply Chain Manager by International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) certification.
Haroon Qureshi has been associated with M&P Express Logistics since October 2015, He is a Karachi University Graduate and has diversified experience within the Courier & Logistics industry of 25 years. He had served rightly from Operations to Business and expert in Solution Selling and Project Management.
Prior to joining M&P, Mr. Qureshi served 19 years in TCS, and his last assignment was Product Manager Corporate Business.
Iftikhar Arif is an experienced IT professional with 20+ years of work experience within the broad spectrum of the FMCG, Distribution, E-commerce, and Courier industries. He has been associated with M&P for the past 15+ years and currently working as General Manager IT. Before joining M&P, Arif has rich process automation experience in diversified domains of consumer, pharmaceutical, hospital care, telecommunication, E-commerce, supply chain, mobile financial service, courier and COD operations.
He has won prestigious awards like the Global DX Inspire Award 2020 and the Global CIO 200 Award 2019 and 2020. His professional credentials include COBIT 4.1, CompTIA NETWORK+, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP DBA 8.0), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP DBA 7.3), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft ASP.Net (Informatics), and Juniper Certified (JNCR).
Hina Ghufran is associated with M&P Express Logistics since the acquisition of OCS by M&P earlier in May 2015. She was appointed as National Manager Customer Services to augment the Customer Experience and introduce Call Center platform for M&P Express Logistics. She introduced the Avaya Technology in M&P which itself is unique in the Domestic Courier & Logistics Industry of Pakistan. She possesses strong Training and Facilitation Skills and is also leading the Learning & Development function pan Pakistan.
Hina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with majors in MIS. Her career spanning over 18 years with prominent Logistics brands like DHL Express Pakistan & TCS. She also holds a certified Facilitator certification from DHL Bonn, Germany.
Shahzad Khan leads the Human Resource department at M&P Express Logistics and is a well-rounded senior HR professional with a diverse and multifaceted experience in human resources’ functions. Having a Master’s degree in Business Administration (major in Human Resources Management) and having added Master’s degree in Economics later on to his academic portfolio.
Mr. Shahzad has also worked in diverse areas of expertise in leading HR Function in prestigious organizations such as: The Citizens Foundation, Citibank Pakistan, ATCO Laboratories Ltd., Pharmatec Pakistan and M&P Express Logistics currently.
Rana Tariq is positioned as Head of Public Relations and Special Projects at M&P Express Logistics; he is a veteran from Pakistan Air Force as a General Duty pilot. His educational qualifications include: BA (Bachelor of Art), B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) in Aeronautical Science and certification from ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants) of Pakistan.
He joined OCS in 2012 and has been with M&P Express Logistics since acquisition.
